Did your Mail Planner post neglect to publish?

In this article y'all'll learn how to locate the postal service, learn why it failed, and (hopefully) correct the problem so it doesn't happen over again!

First Step

The first thing you should do when you think a post has failed is go to PUBLISHING > Posted > Failed in the app:

Once you're there, click the profile(s) where the failed mail was supposed to publish. And so try to find the mail service.

If you observe the mail in the Failed section, then information technology definitely failed — and you lot tin can skip to the Section 3 below to learn what caused the failure and what to practise next.

If y'all tin can't find the post in Failed, then the mail service either failed silently (which is extremely rare), or something else happened — probably one of these 2 things:

The post has the wrong time zone (and/or time) and is still waiting to publish in Planned
The post is stuck in Pending

one. Time zone problems

Did you schedule your postal service(s) with the right time zone?

You can check past going to PUBLISHING > Planned and looking for your mail service. 🤞🏼

If the post is not there, you can skip to Department 2 below.

If your post is at that place, then the postal service probably has a posting fourth dimension yous didn't intend. You lot may need to correct its time zone.

You can do this by going to your fourth dimension zone settings in these 2 places:

App time zone: Settings > Account > Time Zone
Plan time zone: Posting Plans

Brand sure the fourth dimension zones in both these places are right. Then bank check the mail once again and edit the posting time or delete and re-schedule as needed.

2. Posts stuck in Pending

If you can't find your missing post in Failed or Planned, so it may be in Pending.

Awaiting is where posts get when the posting plan doesn't have time slots or days that allow them.

For example, this profile's posting plan has no time slots that allow videos:

Considering of this, whatsoever planned video posts will have no time slots to drop into — and so they will end upward in Pending like this:

Posts can also stop upward in Pending if all the days are deactivated in the program.

To move a postal service from Pending to Planned, simply go to Posting Plans and activate a day and time slot for the post's content blazon.

3. Failed Posts

If you do see your failed mail(s) in Failed, then the side by side affair to do is click the post and read the error bulletin.

Facebook Permissions

Permissions error – Could Not Share Mail service – Sorry, the post that you're sharing couldn't be loaded. It may take been recently deleted. Or it may have privacy settings that prevent sharing
You lot accept been temporarily blocked from performing this activeness
The user must exist an administrator, editor, or moderator of the page in gild to impersonate it. If the page business requires Two Factor Authentication, the user as well needs to enable Two Cistron Authentication

Facebook Reconnect

Please re-connect your Facebook contour (proper noun of profile) with Insights permissions.Response from Facebook: Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has inverse the session for security reasons.
